We here at Ominous Press and Creation.Ink hope that you are safe and healthy in this challenging time.

We wanted to make you aware of an exciting project from a Friend of Ominous that is currently crowdfunding his newest graphic novel. You likely know writer/artist Graham Nolan from his legendary Batman work, including co-creating famed Bat-villain Bane, as well his two Ominous Press hardcover adventures, Monster Island and Return to Monster Island.

Graham’s latest project is a spine-chilling horror comic called THE CHENOO. Set in Buffalo (home to Ominous Press and Creation.Ink!), the terrifying tale reveals what happened during the the blizzard of 1977, when the blood-thirsty creature known as Chenoo came stalking out of the snow. Now in the present day, as another blizzard descends, the horror is happening all over again! Written and drawn by Graham Nolan, THE CHENOO is classic horror by a classic creator!

THE CHENOO is being offered right now on Indiegogo, but the campaign ends in just a few days! Now’s the time to get your copy, before it’s too late, along with other great reward tiers and stretch goals.

Hello, Monster Maniacs! We’re thrilled to tell you that shipping for Graham Nolan’s Monster Island 20th Anniversary Creator Edition and Black Book: The Art of Graham Nolan is complete! Everyone should received their rewards in the mail soon! A typical wait for someone in the states is around seven to 10 business days, with international shipping taking closer to 14-21 business days to arrive. 

But that’s not all! We’re also elated to announce that Graham Nolan’s Return to Monster Island is launching on Kickstarter on Tuesday, March 12! The campaign is going to feature the long-awaited sequel graphic novel to Monster Island, as well as the first full-color edition of the original Monster Island! We’ll also have loads of original art, some ultra-limited comics, and other epic surprises! We’re in the process of putting the campaign together now. Good morning, Monster Maniacs! Graham Nolan’s Monster Island 20th Anniversary Creator Edition has arrived! 

Each copy of this glorious, 11x17 colossus has been signed by its creator, Graham Nolan, and will be in your hands shortly! As an special thank you for your support and patience, Graham has also signed ALL copies of the Black Book: The Art of Graham Nolan! Our fulfillment team is putting the finishing touches on the packaging, rewards, and some extra goodies! Once complete, shipping will begin in waves. We expect to start mailing out your rewards next week!

Ghouls and dolls, we are pleased to announce that Black Book: The Art of Graham Nolan has arrived!

Our team has just come from unloading these fiendishly glorious art collections, and boy, do they look great! We also expect to get the gorgeous, oversize Monster Island editions back from the binder very shortly as well! Once we have everything in house, we’ll start mailing out batches of rewards to all of our monster maniacs!
